Caps so nobody runs up a bill: 8 files per 10 minutes per person, 150 a day, 400,000 characters a file. Audio links work up to 24 MB. A video link cannot be demuxed on the edge (no ffmpeg there), so a plain video link is handed to the paid rip above: the edge parks it, a machine here pulls the audio, transcribes it and translates it, and the subtitle file is yours once the Monero invoice is settled.
